9–12 and 12–14
Two age groups, developed separately.
Mondays, Milton Keynes
16:00 and 17:00. Fifty minutes.
Trials 21 & 28 September
Then a 12 week block from Monday 5 October.
The problem
Plenty of sport. Not enough athlete.
Young athletes get plenty of exposure to their own sport. What most do not get is systematic access to the physical skills underneath it.
Movement control, balance, coordination, strength and speed, built the right way for their age, rather than borrowed from an adult programme.
Elite Edge Junior Development builds the athlete behind the sport. Not more repetitions of a sport, but fundamental movement skills, developed progressively, whatever sport they play or none at all.
Develop the athlete.
Support the sport.
Beyond the sport
Four themes alongside the training
The athletes we’ve worked with rarely lacked talent. They lacked understanding. How to fuel a season, how to recover, how to work with the people supporting them. That starts here, not at twenty.
01
Recovery
How young athletes recover between sessions, fixtures and school weeks.
02
Nutrition
Fuelling a growing athlete through a full training and competition week.
03
Mind
Managing pressure, setbacks and expectation at a young age.
04
Athlete Journey
What a development pathway actually looks like over years, not weeks.
Get started
Try a session before you commit.
Two trial dates before the block begins. Come to one, see whether it fits, then decide.
Booking, payment and registration are handled through TeamUp. You will be asked for health, emergency contact and consent details as part of registration. It takes about three minutes and it’s what lets us coach your child safely.
