One pathway
The same approach from junior to professional.
Your level
Specificity and workload scale. The standard of coaching does not.
Your sport
Built around the training and competing you already do.
What it is
Develop the athlete. Support the sport.
Elite Edge Athlete Development builds the physical qualities that help athletes perform, progress and stay capable within their sport.
Movement, strength, speed, coordination and physical confidence, developed through training built around the athlete’s current level and the demands of their sport.
It sits around the existing coach or club rather than replacing either. You bring the sport. We help develop the athlete behind it.
One pathway.
Three levels of load.
One standard of coaching.
The pathway
Find your pathway
Juniors build the foundations. Professionals train to be ready to play. Everyone else sits somewhere along the same line.
9–12 and 12–14 years
Build the movement first.
Young athletes get plenty of exposure to their own sport. What most do not get is systematic access to the physical skills underneath it: movement control, balance, coordination, strength and speed, built the right way for their age.

Training and competing in a sport
Built for the demands of competitive sport.
Competitive athletes need physical preparation that supports the demands already being placed on them through training and competition. Not more work. The right work, in the gaps their sport leaves open.
