Two Testing Options. Two Different Insights.

Elite Edge Testing is built around two clear testing options.

One looks at how the athlete performs.

One looks at how the athlete moves.

Each option provides valuable information on its own. Together, they give a stronger understanding of the athlete behind the sport.

Benchmark Testing

A clear snapshot of the athlete’s current physical performance.

We assess:

  • Speed and acceleration
  • Power and jumping ability
  • Change of direction
  • Agility

This gives the athlete clear performance scores that can be tracked, compared and improved over time.

Movement And Function Profile

A deeper look at how the athlete moves, controls and manages their body.

We assess:

  • Movement quality
  • Balance and body control
  • Landing control
  • Strength balance
  • Mobility and key physical positions

This helps identify movement or physical limitations that could affect performance, training tolerance and long-term development.

Each Option Has a Clear Purpose

Book Testing With Direction

Each testing option provides valuable information on its own. Together, they create a more complete understanding of the athlete behind the sport.

You will receive clear data, understand the areas that deserve attention and have a better idea of what should happen next.

You can use the results to guide your own training or work with an Elite Edge strength and conditioning coach for additional support.

Know where you are.
Understand what needs work.
Train with direction.

Two Ways to Book Athlete Testing

Elite Edge testing can be accessed by individual athletes or arranged as a dedicated event for a larger group.

Individual Athlete Testing

Junior and adult athletes can join one of our open testing sessions.

This is suitable for athletes and parents who want to understand current performance, identify what may need attention and gain clearer direction for future training.

Team and Group Testing

Teams, clubs, schools and academies can arrange a dedicated testing event for their athletes.

This provides the organisation with consistent athlete data while giving each participant individual results and clearer development priorities.

Whichever route you choose, the aim is the same: clear information, better decisions and more purposeful athlete development.
